Silent witnesses to changing tastes, these figures linger somewhere between memory and invention. Empty of life, yet strangely full of presence, they remind us that even forgotten objects leave echoes behind.  And some of those echoes have attitude.

This is a hand-pulled photogravure etching, not a photographic print.  We press ink  into fine paper from a plate we create from the original image.

Print is made with Gamblin Bone Black, warm sepia, and raw sienna inks on Hahnemühle Copperplate paper. Prints are signed and numbered on the lower front. Image and paper sizes are approximate. Variations within the edition are possible and expected. Image 12 cm square on 20 cm × 28 cm paper.
