Herroepingsrecht / Right of Withdrawal

Consumenten in de EU hebben het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van hun bestelling de aankoop zonder opgave van reden te annuleren.
Uitzondering: Omdat veel van onze producten op maat of op bestelling worden gemaakt (zoals gepersonaliseerde etsen en afdrukken), is het herroepingsrecht hierop niet van toepassing volgens artikel 10(1)(c) van de Nederlandse Wet Koop op Afstand.

Levertijden variëren afhankelijk van het producttype en de bestemming, maar zijn doorgaans:
- EU-bestellingen: 5–10 werkdagen
- Internationaal: 7–15 werkdagen
Alle prijzen zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
