A Small Studio for the Long Walk

Ann and Eric — two people who have spent years on the Camino de Santiago and other long roads, learning that walking, done slowly enough, becomes a way of seeing.

Rust blooming across a balcony rail. The soft shoulder of a distant hill. The particular gold that falls across a field at four in the afternoon. A long walk rearranges what you notice — the ordinary starts to matter, starts to stay with you.

We photograph these moments as they find us. Then we choose a few to carry further — into copper, acid, ink, and the press — as hand-pulled photogravure etchings.

Nothing is mass-produced. Nothing repeats exactly. Every print is pulled one impression at a time, on fine-art paper, by hand.
